Stage 1

Online Application

Applications are open to graduates from Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges of Education.

Assessment

Successful applicants will then be invited to the centre for a Digital Literacy and STEM assessment.

Stage 3

In-Person Interviews

Successful candidates will then be invited for in-person interviews with the Talent team.

Stage 4

Acceptance & Onboarding

The final stage is signing of contracts, Educator on-boarding and training.

How do I become part of the network?

To get started, fill out the online application form. The Educators’ Network is currently open to residents in Lagos, Abuja, Kano and Jigawa.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. If you have a passion for education and are comfortable using a computer then you have enough to get started.

What is STEM?

STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Our goal is to enhance the delivery of STEM lessons in schools across Nigeria.

Do I need to have an education background?

No, classroom experience is not a requirement. The Educators' Network is open to people from different academic and professional backgrounds.

What will I teach?

Educators are provided with content and extensive training on how to deliver the content in the classroom.
